Refund policy

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please send a picture to enabl3dmobility@gmail.com and we will send out a new one. 

In the case of the Jazzy Carbon 27, we will honor all Warranties the manufacturer provides, including but not limited to electronics and the frame.
